Southern Heritage Homes began in early 1995 and provides custom-built modular homes. We offer in-house design services and complete all aspects of modular housing production and field construction. In certain areas, Southern Heritage’s product is available to the public through qualified builders or contractors who perform the necessary field completion or site work.

Since our inception, we have worked to assemble a group of highly skilled, knowledgeable professionals to design and build our homes. Southern Heritage Homes has 14 full-time employees and more than 25 subcontractors in various capacities during the completion of each house. The result is a family of employees we are proud to work with.

We feel that choosing to remain a small business enables us to be detail oriented and to continually refine our service—without sacrificing quality. We are able to take the time needed to design and build your custom home. In short, we work hard to earn your business.
